Delivery Charges​

We currently offer FREE DELIVERY  to the U.K  via Royal Mail, so please allow 2-5 days for your order to arrive.  Deliveries local to the Weston-super-Mare area may arrive via local courier much sooner.  Please place your order before midday to allow your order to be processed and packaged .

If you are ordering products for gifting we are more than happy to send directly to the recipient including a message . Please contact us via email prior to placing your order so we are aware of your request

 

If your order is urgent please contact us and we will do our very best to assist in getting your products to you as soon as possible

Returns

& Refunds

We are able to refund or replace goods which are faulty or have been damaged in transit. Please contact us as soon as you receive them and we will discuss with you how best to arrange return or replacement.

Cancellations

You can cancel your online order from the moment you place your order until 14 days have passed from the day the goods were delivered . If your order has already been dispatched you will be liable for postal costs and arranging return. The goods should then be returned within 14 days of the confirmed cancellation

Essentially Natural provides services available on the website (essentiallynatural.co.uk) subject to the following terms and conditions.

By using and accessing this website and by purchasing Essentially Natural products or guest products, you are acknowledging that you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch.

Essentially Natural cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied when ordering.

Any products returned to us as unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to re-shipping charges .

Essentially Natural cannot fully guarantee that delivery timescales will always be met as sometimes there will be circumstances beyond our control i.e lost, delayed in the delivery process that my affect the delivery timescale i.e busy times of the year such as Christmas.  Please contact us if you have not received your delivery by emailing vivien@essentiallynatural.co.uk.

 

The shelf life for products only applies when products are stored in a cool, dry environment. Essentially Natural cannot be held responsible for any deterioration of products if the temperature reaches in excess of 20 degrees C as our products contain natural ingredients and could be subject to bacterial growth if stored in the wrong conditions.  Also, if any additional fragrances or ingredients are added after the products have been dispatched then Essentially natural will  be unable to cover any liability claim. Essentially Natural cannot be held responsible for any claim following incorrect use of its products. Directions for use are clearly printed on each container and must be adhered to.

We (Essentially Natural) reserve the right to discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

Essentially Natural reserves the right to discontinue working with any customer it deems necessary at any time and without prior notice.

Cancelling your order : you have a statutory right to cancel your order. Your statutory right begins as soon as you place your order and ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods. In the event that you cancel after the goods have been dispatched you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us . It is important that you inform us within the statutory time limit.

 Returns and refunds can be offered on products  which are faulty or where the packaging is damaged Please advise within 7 days of any fault or damage. Products must be returned in order that a refund or exchange can be given.  

Should you cancel your order after goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods and they must be returned in an un opened sealed condition. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods until we have received them. It is recommended that you send them by recorded delivery and obtain a receipt for proof of postage.  

Under the Sale of Goods Act, you have a statutory right to a full refund beyond the 14 day period if the goods are incorrect, damaged on arrival or not fit for purpose . Under these circumstances you will not be liable for postal charge.

Use of this Essentially Natural website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which are effective on the date you use this site . These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights .
